About us
What makes the job special:
- This role is not a traditional support position. You’ll play an active role in shaping how core business processes are mapped, optimized, and further developed in SAP S/4HANA—from purchasing and sales to production planning and related logistics processes.
- You’ll work in a modern and well-established SAP system landscape with SAP S/4HANA 2023 FPS03, on-premise, Fiori, and the classic SAP GUI. Even though we’re not yet in the cloud, we’re consistently aligning our SAP landscape with stability, future-proofing, and cloud readiness.
- You’ll serve as a sparring partner for business units, key users, and process owners, developing solutions that are used daily throughout the company. In doing so, you’ll see firsthand how your work makes processes more efficient, transparent, and stable.
- As part of our IT department, you’ll work in a small, close-knit SAP team of subject matter experts with diverse areas of focus and strengths. We value team spirit, mutual support, and continuous professional development—and we make sure there’s plenty of fun to be had while working together.
What sets us apart:
- A genuinely positive working atmosphere – ranked as our number one benefit in our employee survey.
- A healthy work–life balance. Depending on the position, we offer flexible working hours, remote work options, and/or part-time models.
- Meal subsidies, an on-site company day-care provider, and more – a wide range of benefits designed to make everyday life easier.
- A global technology leader – experience first-hand how future-oriented technologies and machinery are developed.
- Over 500 colleagues at our main site and another 300 worldwide: large enough for exciting projects, yet small enough for fast decisions and a personal working environment.
- Your workplace? Pischelsdorf – surrounded by nature, easily accessible without traffic jams, and with ample on-site parking.
- All of this within the Knill Group – a long-established, internationally successful family-owned company since 1712, still privately held today.
We determine the salary / wage together with you. The minimum for this position is 3.983,69€ EUR gross per month, working full time. (Collective Agreement: Metalltechnische Industrie)
